We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive with a strong
understanding of the U.S. federal contracting landscape to join our team. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for driving new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and
contributing to the company’s growth.
Prospecting and Lead Qualification:
• Identify and qualify new sales leads to generate business opportunities.
Client Engagement:
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present company offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the U.S. federal sector.
Presentation and Communication:
• Create, plan, and deliver compelling presentations on company products and services.
CRM Management:
• Track and update all sales activities in the company CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
Market Knowledge:
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of U.S. federal contracting processes, procurement
vehicles, and agency buying behaviours to identify and support new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in business development, sales, or a related
role.
Skills:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong understanding of U.S. governmental contracting processes.
– Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot and/or Salesforce and Office 365
