Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Noida. The role involves identifying and generating business leads, conducting thorough market research to understand opportunities, and providing excellent customer support to nurture client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will also include preparing business proposals, collaborating with internal teams to execute strategies, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
• Strong understanding of the warehousing market in India
• At least 5 years experience in logistic domain will be preferred
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills with proven client connect
• Proven ability in Lead Generation and business growth strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business development platforms is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in business development or sales roles is a plus
