Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern. The role is based in Mumbai, but you will work from home. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting HR management and personnel management tasks on a daily basis. Key skillsExcellent communication (English/Hindi)Basic HR knowledge (especially recruitment)Google Sheets, Docs, and email proficiencyStrong follow-up & documentation habitsExperience in Employee Benefits and Personnel ManagementStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive and reliable attitude QualificationsA bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is necessary.
