Role Overview

generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and building long-term relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via

  calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups

• Understand client needs and

  pitch FFS services effectively

• Convert leads into

  paid subscriptions and wellness programs

• Handle

  inbound and outbound leads

• Coordinate with coaches for the smooth onboarding of clients
• Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and conversion reports
• Identify new

  corporate tie-ups, gym collaborations, and referral opportunities

• Achieve

  monthly sales and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
• 0–3 years of experience in

  sales, telecalling, or business development

• Strong

  communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle objections and close deals
• Comfortable with targets and performance-based work
• Basic knowledge of

  health, fitness, or wellness

  is an advantage
• Familiarity with

  CRM, Google Sheets, or lead management tools

  is a plus

Compensation

• ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month + SALES COMMISION

• Final salary depends on

  interview performance and experience
