Job Summary:

We are looking for a Corporate Relations Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be the bridge between students and hiring partners, helping them connect and succeed. This is an entry-level position where you'll learn and grow while supporting corporate partnerships, placement drives, events, and student training. If you're extroverted, people-friendly, and love building relationships, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Build and Support Corporate Partnerships

  • Research and reach out to potential companies for hiring and partnership opportunities.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership materials.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating partner meetings, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Be the Bridge Between Students and Companies

  • Stay in constant touch with students, recruiters, hiring partners, and companies.
  • Communicate actively through calls, emails, and messages to ensure smooth engagement.
  • Send candidate profiles to recruiters, hiring partners, and companies as per requirements.
  • Follow up with candidates and recruiters before and after interviews to ensure smooth communication and feedback.
  • Track placement activities and ensure a seamless hiring process for all.

Event and Job Drive Coordination

  • Help organize and conduct on-campus placement drives and other recruitment events.
  • Ensure hiring partners get the right visibility and benefits during events.
  • Support with post-event reports and collect feedback to improve future activities.

Training and Development Support

  • Assist in pre-placement training sessions for students - covering resume building, portfolio development, and interview etiquette.
  • Support trainers and mentors in conducting these workshops and track student progress.

Market Research and CRM Management

  • Use tools like Google, LinkedIn, Lusha, Apollo.io, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms to find jobs, recruiters, hiring partners, and hiring events.
  • Explore and experiment with any other tools to expand partnerships and opportunities.
  • Update and maintain all partner and student records in Leadsquared CRM - including communication history, activities, and tasks.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on placement progress and partnerships.

Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Corporate Relations team.
  • Draft and review basic contracts, agreements, and documents.
