The Business Development Associate (BDA) at ISIEINDIA will be responsible for identifying, generating, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities through structured outreach and relationship-building activities. The role focuses on maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely proposals and documentation, coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution. The BDE will work across multiple customer segments and channels to drive sustainable business growth.
Generate, identify, and qualify new business leads.
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking platforms, and meetings.
Schedule and manage online/offline meetings and site visits with prospects.
Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline.
Convert qualified leads into customers or partnerships.
Prepare and share proposals within defined timelines.
Coordinate completion of agreements, MoUs, and related documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to support execution and delivery.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports on time.
Minimum 1 year experience in business development or sales, preferably within the EdTech sector (mandatory).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
MBA / PGDM in Sales or Business Management is an added advantage.
Domain Understanding:
Good understanding of career-oriented courses, skill development programs, and outcome-driven education offerings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and build relationships with prospects.
Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Basic understanding of proposal creation and documentation processes.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting dashboards.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
