Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and closing sales. The role involves end-to-end field sales activities, including client visits, presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct sales meetings, product/service presentations, and demonstrations
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close deals
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes and field sales strategies
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
  • Training on products/programs will be provided by the company

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in Field Sales / Business Development is an advantage
  • Local area knowledge of Mumbai is a plus
