Assistant Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive in the warehousing domain, your responsibilities will include hunting for new clients, building and managing a sales funnel for new prospects, and engaging with clients for lead closure. You must be well-versed in various sales navigator tools and adept at building relations with prospective clients for Request for Quotation (RFQ). Additionally, you will handle commercial discussions with clients and ensure timely delivery of warehouse proposals. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for this role. You should also possess the ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and demonstrate proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills are crucial to effectively manage sales activities. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred. Previous experience in a similar role, especially in real estate sales, would be advantageous.
