You will be working as an Assistant Sales Manager within a dynamic sales team with a focus on achieving sales targets. Your role will involve individual sales responsibilities as well as managerial duties. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Deputy Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets - Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities, generating leads, and driving revenue - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients - Tailor product/service offerings to meet client needs and address concerns promptly - Prepare regular sales reports, identify growth opportunities, and present findings to senior management - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors for market expansion opportunities - Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members - Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients Qualifications Required: - UG: Any Graduate - PG: Any Postgraduate The company operates in the Real Estate industry under the Sales & Business Development department. This is a full-time, permanent role falling under the Role Category of Retail & B2C Sales. The job location is in Kochi, Kerala.
