Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada Rural for an Assistant Sales Manager at Lemon Tree Hotels. The role involves assisting in developing and executing sales strategies for the hotel, identifying potential clients, managing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team to generate revenue. Tasks also include preparing sales reports, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of the hotel's sales and business operations.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong skills in Relationship Management, Client Handling, and Negotiation
Proficiency in Communication, both written and verbal, and Presentation Skills
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends is a plus
Proven ability to meet sales targets and achieve business goals
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
