Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced *Sales and Marketing Manager* to lead our sales and marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement marketing plans, drive sales growth, build brand awareness, and manage a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. --- ### *Key Responsibilities:* #### *Sales Responsibilities:* * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. * Identify new business opportunities and key markets. * Manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals. * Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies. * Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. #### *Marketing Responsibilities:* * Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. * Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. * Analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance. * Manage marketing budget and ensure high ROI on marketing spends. * Coordinate with product, design, and content teams for promotional materials. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events. --- ### *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). * minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. * Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and digital marketing tools. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. --- ### *Key Competencies:* * Strategic thinking and planning * Team leadership and motivation * Negotiation and persuasion * Customer relationship management * Analytical and problem-solving abilities * Adaptability and resilience --- ### *Compensation:* * Competitive salary + performance-based incentives * Health insurance, travel allowances, and other benefits (as applicable)
