Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and analytical *Business Operations Associate* to support the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about improving processes and driving efficiency across departments. --- ### *Key Responsibilities:* #### *Operational Support:* * Assist in managing and improving core business processes to enhance productivity and performance. * Monitor operational metrics and prepare reports for leadership review. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, HR, Product, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of internal processes. * Support in implementing new tools, systems, and workflows across departments. #### *Data Analysis & Reporting:* * Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement. * Create dashboards, performance reports, and KPI trackers for various departments. * Work with the data/BI team to automate routine reporting processes. #### *Project Coordination:* * Support in planning and execution of strategic business projects and operational initiatives. * Track progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders. * Identify roadblocks and propose practical solutions. #### *Process Improvement:* * Assist in documenting and optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Identify and implement process enhancements using tools like Excel, Notion, Airtable, or workflow automation software. --- ### *Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field. * minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business operations, consulting, or project management. * Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; experience with tools like Asana, Notion, Salesforce, or BI dashboards is a plus. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. --- ### *Preferred Qualifications:* * Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment. * Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). * Knowledge of basic financial concepts and operational KPIs. --- ### *Compensation & Benefits:* * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. * Health insurance, paid time off, and other company benefits. * Opportunities for career growth and internal mobility. * Collaborative and fast-paced work environment. --- ---
