Role Overview:


As a Business Development Representative at Nudge, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline across the US. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup and lay the foundation for our expansion.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Execute high-volume cold-calling campaigns to reach decision-makers at target accounts
  • Research and develop detailed prospect profiles to create highly personalized outreach strategies
  • Craft compelling cold emails & LinkedIn messages, multi-touch outreach sequences that drive responses
  • Conduct in-depth research on target companies, their tech stack, and potential use cases for Nudge
  • Schedule and qualify demos with potential customers
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospecting activities and conversation insights in our CRM
  • Analyze response rates and adjust messaging strategies based on data
  • Share market intelligence and buyer feedback to help refine our ideal customer profile
  • Support Account Executives in early-stage pipeline development


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of proven cold-calling experience in B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success in writing compelling cold emails that drive responses
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify decision makers and craft personalized outreach
  • Experience with or understanding of user experience platforms, product analytics, or related B2B SaaS tools
  • Excellence in crafting personalized email sequences and follow-up strategies
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting outbound sales targets
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes
