Job Description Position Summary We’re looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Director to drive growth across EMEA & APAC. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a strong track record in IT services sales — ideally in enterprise solutions, digital transformation, cloud, and data engineering. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our regional sales strategy, leading key pursuits, and building trusted relationships with CxOs, global system integrators, and tech partners. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the regional sales strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia , aligned to revenue and growth objectives. Identify and close large strategic deals , focusing on new logo acquisition and expansion within key accounts. Engage directly with CxOs and senior decision-makers , understanding their business priorities and positioning tailored tech solutions. Partner closely with pre-sales, delivery, marketing, and practice heads to craft winning value propositions and go-to-market plays. Build and lead a high-performing regional sales team (where required), driving accountability, pipeline health, and quota achievement. Maintain a strong command over sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline (Salesforce or equivalent). Represent the company at client meetings, industry forums, and key events — becoming a trusted face of the brand across regions. Ensure commercial rigor in deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations to drive profitable growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred . 10+ years of IT services/tech solutions sales experience , with at least 5 years in regional or leadership roles. Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise clients across EMEA and APAC. Experience in solution/consultative sales across digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, data platforms, and managed services. Strong understanding of regional business cultures, procurement norms, and technology ecosystems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel internationally as needed. Preferred Attributes Deep relationships with enterprise buyers, system integrators, and technology partners in EMEA and APAC. Experience working with global delivery models and cross-border teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment with minimal hand-holding. Job Description Role Overview We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts that increase brand awareness, support business development, and position Zap com as a leader in digital product innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product delivery, and leadership to design and execute campaigns across multiple geographies and verticals. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and execute Zapcom’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals and industry positioning. Craft messaging and positioning tailored to target verticals (e.g., travel tech, hospitality, Fin-tech). Plan and manage quarterly and annual marketing calendars, budgets, and KPIs. Digital & Content Marketing Oversee the creation and distribution of content across the web, blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, case studies, and whitepapers. Own and optimize SEO/SEM, website traffic, and lead generation efforts. Manage marketing automation tools and email campaign performance. Branding & Thought Leadership Build Zapcom’s brand presence through thought leadership, webinars, industry reports, and partnerships.
