Drive global revenue across NA, LATAM, EU, APAC, MENA & Oceania by leading high-performance regional sales teams. Build and manage strategic relationships with enterprise customers and partners in regulated, security-focused industries. Lead consultative, AI-native sales cycles?from solution design to deal closure?for FlytBase?s drone autonomy SaaS platform. Educate stakeholders on BVLOS operations, data security, cloud integrations, and AI-first automation workflows. Architect techno-commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, and manage complex deployments with hardware and SaaS components. Leverage CRM, analytics, and AI tools to track funnel health, automate reporting, and optimize CAC, velocity, and win rates. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to align messaging, accelerate adoption, and deliver post-sale impact. Represent FlytBase globally at trade shows, partner events, and industry forums. Best suited for candidates who AI-Driven Sales Proficiency ? Skilled in leveraging AI tools for prospecting, lead scoring, pipeline automation, and data-backed decision-making. Consultative Enterprise Selling ? Proven ability to understand complex business problems and recommend tailored, value-driven SaaS solutions. Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills ? Adept at building trusted relationships with global clients, partners, and stakeholders in regulated industries. SaaS & Security Sales Exposure ? Familiarity with enterprise metrics like MRR, LTV, CAC, churn, and experience selling in compliance-heavy environments. Startup Agility ? Thrives in fast-paced environments; adapts quickly to change, customer feedback, and evolving priorities. Business Acumen ? Comfortable with ICP definition, GTM strategy, funnel optimization, and commercial proposal development. Tech Fluency ? Hands-on with CRM systems, productivity suites, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Zapier) to drive outreach and ops. Accountability & Ownership ? Takes initiative, meets revenue/lead targets, and holds self to high-performance standards. Flexibility for Global Collaboration ? Willing to align with customer time zones and ensure timely, high-touch engagement when needed. Educational Background ? Bachelor?s degree in engineering, business, or equivalent practical experience in B2B SaaS sales/marketing.
