Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Professional located in Delhi, India. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to assess industry trends and opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with teams to develop and execute business strategies. The Business Development Professional will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding the client base for Ingro Energy.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Experience in lead generation and market research to build and convert a pipeline of potential clients.
Proficiency in providing outstanding customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively in teams, demonstrate proactive problem solving, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the renewable energy or technology sector is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
