Summary

A BD resource in commercial real estate responsible for identifying new business opportunities specifically for South India based clients with a cross border RE Portfolio. Should have the ability to foster relationships with both Clients and internal stakeholder to be able to mine requirements.

About the Role:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market through research, networking, and outreach
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders- corporate clients and internal stakeholders such as brokers and city leads
Drive sales initiatives, and oversee transactions to ensure client satisfaction and increase repeat business Be responsible for ideating for compelling presentations for sales pitches
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to enable business strategy and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for receiving and passing on leads for firms larger objective

About You:

Minimum of 5 years experience in business development or sales, preferably within the commercial real estate sector
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Understanding of commercial real estate market trends, laws, and practices
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market conditions
Develop business-related materials, proposals, and case studies to support client
Stay current with relevant commercial real estate transaction, market intel for relevant insights to occupiers Be a strong team player with the ability to collaborate across borders
