Job Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Generate and convert leads to drive clinic revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Promote treatment packages through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
  • Develop and manage tie-ups with referral doctors, corporates, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing and front-desk teams to improve lead closure and patient conversion rates.
  • Represent the clinic professionally at events, collaborations, and meetings to drive brand growth.

Operations Management:

  • Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth OPD flow and excellent patient experience.
  • Ensure staff attendance, punctuality, and adherence to duty rosters and SOPs.
  • Maintain strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and treatment quality standards.
  • Plan and control inventory, medicines, consumables, and clinic resources efficiently.
  • Handle patient feedback, complaints, and operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operations reports to management.

Market & Performance:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and business opportunities for strategic expansion.
  • Support in designing marketing campaigns and lead generation activities in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Development or Operations Manager, preferably in the healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness sector.
  • Strong practical understanding of sales, client handling, and business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, multitask, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and marketing platforms.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong leadership and organizational abilities.
