Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)Experience Required: 5–8 yearsSalary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience & performance)About Us:Atomic Beauty Clinic is a premium healthcare and aesthetic clinic offering advanced skincare,haircare, and wellness services. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. An executive to manage all things digital, lead the digital team, online campaigns, optimize ad performance, and generate high-quality leads across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:1. Responsible for creating and executing complete SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and off-page link building.2. Conducts regular SEO audits and works with the development team to fix technical SEO issues.3. Monitors website traffic, ranking, domain authority, and overall organic performance.4. Plans and manages daily Social Media Marketing activities across all platforms.5. Creates monthly social media content calendars and ensures timely content posting.6. Tracks social media insights, engagement, reach, and follower growth.7. Develops and manages performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.8. Optimizes paid campaigns for higher ROI, lower CPL, and better conversion rates.9. Creates campaign performance reports and shares improvement recommendations.10. Handles complete ad management, including budgeting, targeting, and campaign monitoring.11. Plans and executes digital lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.12. Builds and optimizes landing pages for better conversion and lead quality.13. Tracks daily/weekly lead flow, cost per lead, lead quality, and conversions.14. Coordinates with the CRM team to ensure proper lead handover and follow-ups.15. Uses data analytics and insights to create growth-driven marketing plans.16. Stays updated with new digital trends, tools, technologies, and platform updates.17. Prepares weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for SEO, SMM, and paid campaigns.18. Works closely with design, content, and video editing teams to execute campaigns smoothly.19. Manages and guides team members on marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.20. Coordinates with management to align marketing strategies with business goals.21. Ensures timely execution of all digital marketing tasks and maintains workflow discipline.Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns (Healthcare /Beauty industry preferred).
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results and ROI.
