Job Responsibilities : • Responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships. • Develops and implements strategies to achieve sales and growth targets. • Identifies potential clients and converts leads into successful business deals. • Builds partnerships, negotiates contracts, and ensures client satisfaction. • Coordinates with internal teams to deliver effective business solutions. • Analyzes market trends to support company expansion and profitability. • Represents the company professionally to drive brand growth and revenue. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree or a related field. • 03-05 years of progressive BDM experience, with a strong emphasis on marketing functions. • In-depth knowledge of marketing research tools. • Proven experience in handling clients with great conversion skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
