The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients’ digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified pipeline. The Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing strategies for B2B clients, with a focus on lead generation and product-led growth strategies. As the owner of one of the most critical performance marketing channels, you'll have a significant impact on the client's business growth. This role involves both daily campaign management and long-term strategic planning and forecasting. As the channel expert, you will be the primary point of contact for all paid search matters. This role has the opportunity to grow into a manager of our performance marketing team.

Initially in-office for 1–2 months in Bangalore or Ahmedabad for onboarding, hours 9 AM–5 PM local time. Afterwards, work remotely, primarily on IST. Two syncs per week with the lead, in the US time zone, are required; all other communication will be handled asynchronously via Discord.

What you’ll do

  • Own digital marketing plans per client: ICP/persona, offer strategy, channel mix, budgets, 90-day roadmaps, and test plans.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across Google & Microsoft Ads (Search/PMAX/Display/YouTube), LinkedIn Ads (including Lead Gen Forms), and Meta—bonus for Reddit and X experience.
  • Stand up omnichannel prospecting & retargeting loops, including multitouch point strategies, including web, ads, and website chat
  • Instrument attribution (UTMs, offline conversions, HubSpot/GHL CRM sync), define lead stages, and enforce source/medium hygiene.
  • Run experimentation: creative/message/offer testing, audience testing, landing page A/B and split URL tests, bid strategy trials.
  • Collaborate with web/content on LPs, offers, and CRO (forms, chat, social proof, page speed, heuristics).
  • Forecast & report: weekly snapshots and monthly MBRs with channel-level CPL, CVR, cost per SQO, pipeline $, ROAS/ROMI; propose next-step bets.
  • Continuously research competitors, queries, and platforms; turn insights into new tests and scalable plays.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, or analytics
  • 4 - 7 years of B2B Digital Marketing experience required, knowledge of paid social platforms a plus
  • Experience with running A/B split tests, calculating significance, tracking results, summarizing findings, and iterating on new ideas.
  • Prior team lead experience not necessary, but a Plus.
  • Passion for technology, marketing, and its influence on consumer behavior.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and a proven ability to communicate with senior management.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure and with multiple clients.
  • Stays up to date on new changes in the industry and actively reads several blogs.

  • Competitive base salary: ₹90,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, depending on experience
