Define and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales conversion).
* Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience across all digital channels (SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Display/Programmatic).
* Develop, manage, and optimize large-scale digital campaigns with significant budgets.
Serve as the owner and strategist for all corporate websites and digital properties.
* Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, website performance (Core Web Vitals), and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
* Advanced proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
* Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and clear presentations for senior leadership.
* Strong skills in attribution modelling and calculating ROI/ROAS.
* Excellent ability to identify emerging digital trends (e.g., AI/Machine Learning in marketing, new social platforms, privacy changes).
* Proactively propose and test innovative new strategies and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. * Develop quarterly and annual digital marketing plans.
* Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively.
* Drive continuous improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs).
