Business Development & Operations Manager

As a Business Development & Operations Manager at Johar Basket - a Quick Commerce Grocery Delivery App, located in Ramgarh, Jharkhand, you will be responsible for managing the operations in Ramgarh. Your main focus will be on expanding the network and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company. Your key responsibilities will include connecting with local shopkeepers and onboarding them to our platform, supervising delivery agents and ground staff to ensure timely operations, managing and monitoring the overall performance in the Ramgarh area, as well as building relationships to bring in brand deals and collaboration opportunities. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Previous fieldwork or vendor onboarding experience would be advantageous. Strong leadership and people management abilities are essential, along with local knowledge of Ramgarh and fluency in Hindi.
