We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in IT Sales to drive strategic growth, lead client engagements, and close impactful deals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead generation through market research, cold outreach, and networking • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with high-quality leads • Develop and manage key client relationships • Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and resolutions • Lead and mentor the business development team to meet performance goals • Drive full-cycle sales processes from lead to closure • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms • Identify market trends, competitor insights, and new growth opportunities • Collaborate with marketing on campaign ideas and lead generation efforts Requirements: • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Sales • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Leadership qualities and prior team-handling experience • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) Show more Show less
