Job Summary Vantage Markets is actively hiring a results-oriented, highly motivated Sales / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic global team. Key Responsibilities • Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to support revenue growth targets. • Execute business development and sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with individual and institutional clients. • Actively manage and grow a solid pipeline of prospective clients and partners. • Leverage personal networks and existing relationships to generate qualified business leads. • Stay continuously informed about financial markets, trading instruments, and global economic trends. • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. • Provide regular updates, sales reports, market feedback, and client insights to management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, compliance, and client support to optimize the client experience. • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, conferences, webinars, and industry events. Required Experience & Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in Business Development or Sales within the Forex, CFD, or broader Financial Services industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). • Proven history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets and KPIs. • Active client portfolio and network in the Forex or financial trading industry will be a strong advantage. • Strong understanding of Forex, CFD trading, financial instruments, and global markets. • Knowledge of both technical and fundamental analysis is highly desirable. • Proficient in using MetaTrader 4 (MT4), MetaTrader 5 (MT5), or similar trading platforms. • Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce or similar) and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and think strategically. • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
