Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. The role requires maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support for recruitment and onboarding processes.
