Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for handling various HR management tasks, overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. The role includes day-to-day activities such as conducting interviews, onboarding new employees, managing payroll, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and maintaining employee records. The HR Executive will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and managing Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and best practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial sector is a plus
