Job Title : Business Development Manager (US Staffing) Employment Type : Full-Time (US Shift) Experience : 7-10 years Location : Hyderabad Key Responsibilities Build and manage strong relationships with US-based clients. Understand client staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Collaborate with recruiters to source, screen, and place top talent. Manage full-cycle recruitment for both permanent and contract roles. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate client contracts. Oversee multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (HR, ops, recruitment) for seamless execution. Track metrics and provide regular client updates and reports. Skills & Qualifications US Staffing Industry Experience : Solid understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry, particularly in the US market. Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Multitasking & Time Management : Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools.
