Job Description

BDM at Tradebulls is responsible for acquiring new clients, opening trading / demat accounts, and building a high-quality client base (retail, HNI) in the broking business. This role sits in Sales / Business Development.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via cold calling, networking, market intelligence. 

• Client Acquisition: Drive account opening (trading / demat) for equity, currency, commodity segments. (Based on their career page: “client acquisition for Demat, Commodity, currency account”) 

• Understand Client Needs: Assess clients’ risk appetite, financial goals, and investment behavior to propose relevant Tradebulls products. 

• Sales & Revenue Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets for new accounts, trading volumes, or revenue from acquired clients. 

• Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with acquired clients to drive retention, cross-sell, and foster long-term engagement.
