Role Overview

TellentSynq is seeking a Business Development Manager who is ambitious, bold, innovative, and laser-focused on results. You’ll be the driving force in acquiring clients across key international markets (US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia),

including:

  • Businesses seeking affordable offshore recruitment solutions
  • Staffing agencies aiming to reduce costs via offshore partnerships
  • Enterprises pivoting toward AI automation


You will spearhead new business, using AI, automation, and cutting-edge sales tools to both generate leads and close high-value deals.


What You’ll Do

  • Strategize & Innovate: Identify and penetrate untapped market niches—think outside conventional channels and discover new opportunities.
  • Personalize Outreach at Scale: Use AI-driven personalization to reach and engage decision-makers.
  • Deep Product Fluency: Master tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot CRM for pipeline creation and deal tracking.
  • Full Sales Ownership: From cold outreach to deal closing, manage the entire lifecycle with autonomy and accountability.
  • Cross-Selling Synergy: Sell offshore staffing solutions while also pitching our AI automation services where synergy exists.
  • Automate & Optimize: Automate repetitive tasks, build smart cadences, and scale lead generation for maximum efficiency.
  • Metrics-Driven Growth: Set ambitious targets, track KPIs, iterate quickly, and drive exponential growth.


Must-Have Qualifications

Proven track record in B2B sales/business development—particularly in staffing, recruitment, or RPO—targeting international markets (US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia).


Tech-savvy: Mastery of

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator – uncover and engage ideal prospects

  • Apollo – data-driven outbound targeting and multi-touch campaigns

  • HubSpot CRM – pipeline management, automation, reporting


AI & Automation Enthusiast: Experienced with AI tools (e.g. GPT-powered outreach, automation platforms) to transform workflows.

  • Creative problem solver: Ability to design unconventional strategies that open new doors.
  • Excellent communicator with strong cross-cultural understanding.
  • Startup mindset: agile, resourceful, self-motivated, unafraid to experiment and adapt.
