Job Description

Canadian Staffing Agency (Local Clients)
  • Prospect & Qualify:

    Target B2B accounts in Construction, Warehousing, Logistics, Manufacturing and related sectors across Canada.
  • Multi‑Channel Outreach:

    Craft and execute email, LinkedIn, cold‑call, and virtual‑meeting campaigns.
  • Solution Selling:

    Present tailored temp, perm, and contract‑staffing proposals; convert leads to signed MSAs.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot or similar), forecasting deals and activities.


2. Offshore Recruitment Startup (Global Delivery Model)
  • Go‑to‑Market Strategy:

    Position cost‑effective offshore sourcing to Canadian employers and staffing firms.
  • Education & Enablement:

    Articulate value—cost savings, speed, scalability—through webinars, white‑papers, and discovery calls.
  • Anchor Clients:

    Drive the first 5–10 signed accounts and liaise with delivery teams for seamless onboarding.


Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience:

    3–7 years in B2B Sales, Staffing/Recruitment sales, or Business Development.
  • Market Knowledge:

    Solid grasp of North American staffing—including temp, perm, and contract models.
  • Proven Closer:

    Documented success closing deals remotely.
  • Communication:

    Exceptional written and spoken English; persuasive presentation skills.
  • Self‑Starter:

    Highly organized, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Tech Stack:

    Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot (or similar), and virtual‑meeting platforms.


Nice to Have
  • Prior experience selling into Canadian or U.S. staffing markets.
  • SaaS or HR‑Tech sales background.
  • Familiarity with Canadian employment standards and niche recruitment nuances.
