The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular interaction with MSMEs in the Infrastructure space, understanding their procurement and credit needs, and providing appropriate solutions through BildMart's platforms. Qualifications Proven sales management experience and success in meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in the lending sector is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and identifying new business opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships and manage a sales team Familiarity with the procurement processes and challenges faced by MSMEs is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
