Rysysth Technologies is a growing IT company specializing in Microsoft technologies and digital solutions. We provide SharePoint SPFx development, Power Automate solutions, Azure cloud services, Copilot Studio implementations, and custom web development. As a new company, we're building our reputation as the preferred technology partner for digital transformation.Role OverviewWe seek a results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to drive revenue growth and establish market presence. You'll identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in Microsoft technologies, playing a critical role in building our client base and strategic partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development:

  • Generate leads through research, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach
  • Convert prospects into clients by understanding needs and presenting solutions
  • Focus on projects: SharePoint SPFx, Power Automate, Azure, Copilot Studio, web development
  • Build and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships
  • Manage existing accounts for upselling opportunities
  • Build Microsoft partner network connections
  • Attend industry events for networking

Strategic Planning:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with technical teams on pricing and project scoping
  • Develop business strategies aligned with company goals

Required QualificationsEducation & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering
  • 2-4 years B2B sales/business development experience
  • IT services or technology sector experience preferred
  • Startup environment experience is a plus

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Office 365, Azure, Power Platform)
  • Excellent communication skills (English)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • CRM software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Basic web development and cloud services knowledge

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Monthly revenue generation from new business

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
