Meta Ads Manager - Performance Marketing (Real Estate + Travel + Tech Brands)
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience: 3–5 years
Reports To: Director - Brand Strategy & Business Growth / Performance Lead

About the Role:
We're hiring a Meta Ads Manager to lead performance-driven campaigns across Savitar Realty, GoGoTrips, HotelXplore, TrustXplore, and our upcoming digital products.The role demands deep expertise in campaign planning, optimisation, creative strategy, and analytics-focused on driving high-quality leads, ROAS, and scalable results.You will work closely with the leadership, creative, content, and tech teams to build ads that not only perform but also strengthen the brand across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand growth.Manage end-to-end campaign structure: audience segmentation, budgets, bidding, placements, retargeting funnels. Develop creative direction-ad copies, thumbnails, hooks, static/UGC ideas-to improve CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.Monitor daily campaign performance, identify issues, and implement quick optimisations. Set up tracking (pixels, events, API), troubleshoot tracking issues, and work with developers for smooth integrations.Analyse campaign data to prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and clear actionables.Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to refine strategies.Coordinate with internal teams for landing page improvements, social content alignment, and offer testing.Maintain brand consistency across campaigns for all companies under Savitara Infotel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager with proven results in Real Estate, Travel, or Ecommerce (preferred).Deep knowledge of campaign objectives, optimisation strategies, pixel events, bidding, and conversion funnels.Ability to create and read analytical dashboards (CTR, CPL, CPM, ROAS, LTV, attribution). Experience running high-ticket campaigns (Real Estate, Travel bookings, or Tech SaaS). Solid understanding of creative strategy for social ads.Ability to manage large budgets with high accountability.Strong coordination skills with creative, content, web, and marketing teams.Portfolio or case studies showing past performance improvements (highly preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
