Job Description

Rednirus Digital Media is looking for a performance-driven PPC & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms for our clients, especially in the pharma and B2B domain. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, analytical, and experienced in delivering measurable ROI.

You will be responsible for creating, managing, testing, and optimizing ad campaigns to generate quality leads and drive customer acquisition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
  • Create, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram campaigns).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize ad copies, landing pages, and creatives for better conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager & Pixel.
  • A/B testing of ad creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages.
  • Manage daily ad budgets and improve ROI, CPL, and CTR.
  • Coordinate with creative and SEO teams for visual and content support.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management and clients.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)1. Lead Generation Performance

  • Generate X qualified leads per month for pharma & B2B clients through PPC & Meta Ads.
  • Maintain Lead Quality Score above 75% based on client feedback & conversion data.

2. Cost & Budget Optimization

  • Keep Cost Per Lead (CPL) within targeted range set by management.
  • Reduce Cost Per Click (CPC) by at least 10% every quarter.
  • Ensure minimum 3x ROAS for e-commerce/paid campaigns.

3. Conversion Optimization

  • Improve landing page conversion rate by at least 15% quarterly.
  • Run minimum 2 A/B tests per month on ads/creatives/copies.

4. Campaign Health & Delivery

  • Maintain minimum 95% campaign uptime with no delivery issues.
  • Ensure zero pixel tracking or conversion setup errors.

5. Scaling & Growth

  • Increase monthly lead volume by 20% QoQ without increasing CPL.
  • Scale successful campaigns by identifying high-performing ad sets and keywords.

6. Reporting & Insights Automation

  • Submit weekly performance reports with insights & next action plan.
  • Provide monthly growth recommendations based on data trends.

7. Creative Strategy Contribution

  • Suggest minimum 3 new creatives ideas per month based on market trends & data.
  • Coordinate with design & content team for high-conversion ad creatives.

8. Client Satisfaction

  • Maintain 90%+ client satisfaction score for campaign handling & reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
