What You’ll Do Rebuild and optimize TheUnfilteredStartup.com on WordPress Design and deploy SEO-driven content hubs, lead funnels, and landing pages Integrate tools like GA4, Search Console, RankMath, Hotjar, and others Run speed and technical audits, improve performance metrics Build out blog structures, newsletter flows, and eCommerce product pages Work directly with the core team on growth strategy and implementation Who You Are A WordPress expert who doesn’t just build sites, but builds systems Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, JS, and WordPress plugins/themes Deep understanding of on-page and technical SEO Familiar with RankMath/Yoast, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4 Analytical, independent, and outcome-oriented Someone who’s not looking for tasks, but looking for ownership What’s In It For You Profit sharing on current and future projects A fast-track path to a CTO role if you prove capability and commitment Access to high-ticket clients, inbound leads, and collaborative launches Freedom to ship ideas and build systems from scratch No hierarchy.
