About The Unfiltered Startup (TUS):

Why This Role is Exciting:

You’ll join a high-performing, founder-led IIT Delhi team

What You’ll Do:

Grow and manage TUS’s social media presence: LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and YouTube Shorts.
Transform long-form YouTube content into viral posts, carousels, and reels.
Analyze performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Research trends, hashtags, and strategies to keep TUS at the cutting edge of solopreneur content.
Collaborate with the founder to craft content that drives results and builds community.

Who We’re Looking For:

Passion for startups, solopreneurship, and digital marketing.
Strong, crisp writing skills- able to create content that stops the scroll.
Creative self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Basic familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.

Bonus Points:

Experience with Canva, Figma, or video editing tools.
Prior experience growing a social media account or startup brand.
Knowledge of LinkedIn growth hacks and viral content strategies.
