Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta Ads Manager based in Noida. The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategizing, creating, and monitoring ad campaigns to maximize performance, analyzing advertising metrics, and optimizing budgets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align advertising strategies with marketing goals, staying updated on industry trends, competitor campaigns, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve ad performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Sales, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive campaign success
• Experience in Marketing and Advertising, including strategic planning, campaign management, and analyzing performance metrics
• Proficiency in Project Management to organize, execute, and oversee ad campaigns effectively within deadlines
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and a thorough understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights
• Adaptability and creativity to develop innovative advertising strategies aligned with brand goals
