Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Manager based in Jaipur. The Meta Ads Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing Meta advertising campaigns to drive engagement, increase return on ad spend (ROAS), and meet client objectives. The role will involve developing ad strategies, optimizing campaigns for performance, conducting A/B testing, budgeting ad spend, and preparing detailed reports. The candidate will collaborate with creative and account teams to align advertising efforts with client goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Meta Ads and social media advertising, including campaign creation, optimization, and performance analysis
• Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and using analytics tools
• Proven skills in budgeting, ROI tracking, and making data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in creative planning and copywriting for ad content
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for engaging with teams and clients
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and platforms related to social media analytics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with the Indian and/or international digital advertising landscape is advantageous
