Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketer, located in Jaipur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include creating and optimizing PPC campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting A/B testing, and implementing SEO strategies. The role involves collaborating with the design and content teams to develop marketing assets and driving continuous improvement in campaign performance. Additionally, the Performance Marketer will monitor industry trends and apply best practices to ensure that our strategies align with current digital marketing standards. Qualifications Experience in planning and executing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising Proficiency in using SEO tools and implementing SEO strategies Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus Salary - 4.5 LPA + Incentives Show more Show less
