Your main responsibility will be to create and refine all written and strategic content, ranging from decks to press notes, website content to speaker briefs. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical precision — able to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth and measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels. Build and manage full-funnel strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention. Track key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and LTV, ensuring positive and scalable returns. Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to derive insights and improve campaign efficiency. Create detailed performance dashboards and reports to communicate growth trends and actionable strategies.
