Performance Marketer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Compensation: Fixed + Incentive (Performance-Based)

Location: Delhi | Full-time |Hybrid

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing medium to high-ticket products and services. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical precision — able to turn data into actionable insights that drive growth and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, execute, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance channels.
• Build and manage full-funnel strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Track key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and LTV, ensuring positive and scalable returns.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing for ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to derive insights and improve campaign efficiency.
• Create detailed performance dashboards and reports to communicate growth trends and actionable strategies.
• Forecast budgets, plan spend allocation, and monitor pacing to align with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with creative, content, and product teams to develop data-backed marketing assets.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing and digital growth strategy.
• Proven track record of managing mid to high-ticket service or product campaigns.
• Strong grasp of performance metrics, attribution models, and marketing analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Looker, Excel/Sheets).
• Comfort with data interpretation, hypothesis testing, and performance storytelling through numbers.
