Content & Communications Lead

You will play a crucial role in articulating the vision and substance of the initiative clearly, accurately, and with relevance. Your main responsibility will be to create and refine all written and strategic content, ranging from decks to press notes, website content to speaker briefs. This is not a social media writing job but a research and communications-heavy role that demands strong writing skills, structured content, and clarity. - Draft and refine all key content such as about the event, objectives, themes, and outcomes. - Create briefing notes for speakers, session moderators, and knowledge partners. - Lead content creation for brochures, sponsorship decks, knowledge reports, and event collaterals. - Support press releases, media kits, and outreach notes in collaboration with the PR team. - Manage and proofread all content for the website, event invites, kits, and communication templates. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of all content with the initiative's voice and purpose. - Ensure timely delivery of all content pieces pre-event, during the event, and post-event. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in content writing, communications, research, or editorial roles. - Strong ability to write clearly and structure long-form content effectively. - Previous experience in policy, culture, development, or event-based content is advantageous. - Capable of handling multiple deadlines, managing versioning and approvals. - Interest in India's heritage, culture, or spiritual sector is a plus.
