As a Content & Communications Lead at Eccentric, you will play a critical role in shaping the way the world perceives the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading content creation across various formats such as blogs, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, product stories, website content, and social media posts. - Driving media relations and external communication strategies in collaboration with PR consultants/agencies. - Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to transform technical insights into compelling narratives. - Supporting leadership by creating editorial content including interviews, speeches, bylines, and opinion pieces. - Defining Eccentric's brand voice across different platforms and regions, focusing on the India and US launch markets. - Developing communication strategies for key announcements, launches, and events. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 5-10 years of experience in journalism, content creation, or communications. - Previous work experience in gaming, tech, mobility, or 3D graphics would be a bonus. - Ability to simplify complex ideas while maintaining depth and clarity. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in product, design, and leadership. - Strong command over written and verbal English, with a preference for those with journalistic or editorial experience. - Strategic thinking ability combined with a hands-on approach to tasks.
