We are currently seeking a sharp, articulate, and creative Content & Communications Lead to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role combines content strategy, brand storytelling, and external communications. Your responsibilities will include shaping how Eccentric is perceived globally - spanning web, media, PR, and industry forums. We are looking for an individual who is not just proficient with words but exceptional - someone who comprehends nuance, narrative, and possesses the ability to translate deep tech concepts into impactful messaging. Eccentric's Mission revolves around creating a Showroom-like experience in a virtual world where vehicle buyers can engage in a 3D walkthrough of all models/variants/trims, customize vehicles to visualize their appearance and cost, and have Virtual Consultations with sales agents in the virtual world, also known as the Metaverse. Key Responsibilities: - Lead content creation across multiple formats including blogs, thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, product stories, website content, and social media. - Drive media relations and devise external communication strategies in collaboration with PR consultants/agencies. - Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to transform technical insights into compelling narratives. - Provide support to leadership by creating editorial content such as interviews, speeches, bylines, and opinion pieces. - Define Eccentric's brand voice across various platforms and geographies focusing on India and US launch markets. - Develop communication strategies for significant announcements, launches, and events. Who You Are: - A skilled communicator with 5-10 years of experience in journalism, content creation, or communications. - Experience in gaming, tech, mobility, or 3D graphics is a plus, or a deep passion for these areas. - Ability to simplify complex ideas while maintaining depth and clarity. - Proficient in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly product, design, and leadership. - Excellent command of English - both written and verbal, with a preference for journalistic/editorial experience. - Possess a strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to tasks.
