Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads. 
  • Manage end-to-end campaign performance — from ad strategy, targeting, and creative testing to funnel optimization. 
  • Track, analyze, and report daily performance metrics using Excel, Google Analytics, or BI dashboards. 
  • Develop and optimize sales funnels and landing pages to increase conversion rates and lead quality. 
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copies, and audiences to improve performance. 
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to craft high-performing image, video, and ad copy. 
  • Bring in leads through multiple sources — paid ads, organic channels, DMs, and inbound funnels. 
  • Continuously identify growth opportunities, trends, and tools to scale campaign results. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure aligned strategies and smooth execution. 
  • Manage and maintain SEO-friendly website content and optimize for user experience. 


Requirements


  • 2–6 years of proven experience in performance marketing or growth marketing. 
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads. 
  • Proficiency in Excel and campaign reporting tools. 
  • Solid understanding of funnel setup, landing page optimization, and lead flow automation. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions. 
  • Strong grasp of ROI-driven strategies and campaign scalability. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, ad formats, and platform best practices. 


Preferred


  • Experience with CRM or lead management tools. 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and email workflows. 
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads. 
  • Creative mindset to develop engaging campaigns and audience strategies.
