Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences,
and tracking events.
Own campaign performance: CPL, CTR, ROAS, Lead Quality, and Conversion
Optimization.
Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Collaborate with content and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
(Bonus) Experience in Google Ads or search campaigns is an advantage.
