Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering them suitable investment options. Day-to-day tasks include building client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills Knowledge of Real Estate Market Trends and Market Research Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus Knowledge in CRM Software (Preferably Hubspot)
