Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies and consistent execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research
Study market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Identify potential clients and new business segments.
Sales & Lead Generation
Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Generate leads via networking, cold calls, and client visits.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with clients.
Understand requirements and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery.
Upsell or cross-sell additional signage solutions.
Proposal & Presentation
Prepare customized proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with design and production teams to offer creative signage concepts.
Negotiation & Closure
Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with clients.
Coordinate with finance and legal teams for smooth documentation.
Market Expansion
Explore new territories and untapped industries.
Plan strategies to increase visibility and market share.
Reporting & Insights
Track and report sales performance and market updates.
Suggest improvements in strategy based on data analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably signage or manufacturing industry)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of signage products and trends
Goal-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
