Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong focus on the overseas education domain. The candidate will drive growth by acquiring new student leads, building partnerships, and enhancing brand presence in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate and develop new leads through networking, referrals, and market research focused on overseas education opportunities.

- Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and partner universities abroad.

- Provide informed consultations on study destinations, courses, admission processes, and visa requirements.

- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

- Prepare and deliver informative presentations and proposals tailored to prospective students and academic partners.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting overseas education.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and contribute to business growth.

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems.

- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development Management, preferably in overseas education or related sectors. Freshers with relevant internship/project experience will also be considered.

- Strong understanding of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa regulations is a plus.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proven negotiation and persuasion skills with an ability to close deals.

- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools.

- Good organizational and time management abilities.

- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
